The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 199(FIN) "An Act relating to compensation for certain state employees; and providing for an effective date." Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Kerttula was required to vote. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 199(FIN) pass the House?"
